My apologies for not blogging as frequently as I should. Since the trade it’s been very busy for me on and off the court. I’ve been trying to get mentally and physically straight, as you can imagine, I’ve had to adjust in many ways –new team, new city, etc. but its all in good faith. This is a learning curve for me and my fans so we just have to keep our heads up and get through this together. I pray that no one else gets hurt — me and Flash just really started to get to know each other and get comfortable but now we have to wait to see what we can do and so do my fans. Thanks again for being patient with my transition. As always it is greatly appreciated.
Thanks for the updates. You must have a lot to adjust to in the new team and the new city. Hope everything goes well for you. I have watched all your games in Miami, even you are in transition period, you look great. I wish you won’t get too upset with the team’s record. As fans, sometimes we really ache for you. But I firmly believe everything will be right and your effort will be rewarded. Keep fighting, Matrix. We’re so pround of you.:P
Hi, shawn!
You did a fantastic job tonight again. I’m sure everything will be right soon. I wish to see your heart-melting smile which like the spring breeze in Miami.
Best of wish!
Hi,shawn:
As a fan at the other side of the Pacific, all I can do is to support you with everything I have. I am sure everything will be fine.
Enjoy the game,Enjoy your life:)
Aloha Mr. Marion,
..but thank you! I’ve been watching your games and I never ever get tired of watching you do your thing! I know it must be so very frustrating at times, but just remember..in the hardest or the most difficult phases of change in our lives, God never lets us go…He is always there holding our hand & lifting us up. You are not there by second chance but there for a specific reason & meaningful purpose. I feel deeply for you and the team when you give it your all but can’t yank that elusive “w”. But just keep your head up and smile. I smile & support you through this challenging transition. Don’t regret the coulda, shoulda’s…the best is YET to come! So stay strong and rise above it all! Sendin’ it from Hawaii ~ Your devoted fan from Hawaii ~
I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy schedule to blog us updates. The last month it’s been a whirlwind of speedy transition for you and you’ve handled it with class, maturity, and have retained a positive outlook of your new life in Miami. There is honestly no need to apologize for not blogging regularly!
Shawn,
You have to know taht you have fans that would truly support you where ever you go. And I can’t wait to see what the HEAT will do when everyone is healthy and ready to work together. Your positive attitude is a blessing and benefit to your team.
God bless!
Hi Shawn!
I’m sorry to hear that Flash got hurt.I hope you can stick it through.
Best wishes for you and Flash.
We love you forever:)
I just wanted to tell you that I really miss you in Phoenix and its been weird going to the games and watching them, not seeing you. It was great to have you in Phoenix for so long. I will always be a fan. And of course, I’ll be at the game next season when you visit the valley! Best of luck!
Hey Shawn!!
There is no reason for you to apologize for anything. You are a great role model for everyone around you and your fans appreciate everything that you do. Keep your head up Trix. I am hoping that things start looking up for you. Thanks for keeping us updated with what is going on.
With much love,
Tracie

We miss you in Phoenix (dunks and defense). Your after-game interviews were a part of the fun of watching a Suns game. You are still my favorite player and the way trades go — hopefully you will be back to Phoenix to finish your career!
Please know that we will not forget you. Best wishes!
Karen from Scottsdale

I watched tonight’s game against the Bucks…CONGRATS! I’m glad you & your team was able to yank that “w”..whoo hoo! Celebrate that win tonight. And I hope your back feels much better..sendin’ get well wishes to you too!
Hey Shawn,
I havent been on here in a while either…:)so dont sweat not bloging lately. Im sure you have a very busy schedule. Im sure it must be frustrating sometimes, but dont worry, like Susan from Hawaii said dont worry about about the coulda,or wouldas, for the best is YET to come. Especially with all the great things you do for people, with your skill and God Im sure you can turn this Miami team around! You are beastly, I love watching you play!!you got an amazing style of play!! As with your style of play always remember “offense sells tickets, defense wins championships!”even thought this season you probably wont win the NBA, for your upcoming seasons just remember that. Its my motto. You already are beastly at defense, but just wanted 2 let u know how great you are. Keep up your spirit, even through all the hard times, you know all your fans got your back!!

Hey sweetie:
I know your back is sore and that you’re in therapy, i hope you feel better soon. I know where you’re coming from, its an awful feeling. I’m really glad that you’re now a Heat. I live in Miami & when i heard that you got traded over here, i got very stoked. Obviously Miami isn’t doing to well, but there are only a few games left. I’m very excited to see whats going to come in the 08-09 season. Pat Riley needs to make some changes though. You’re an amazing basketball player & person. Not too many men are like you. So take it easy baby & take care.
-hope you feel better soon.
♥ Heather
